A week of practice led by Piccarda di Montereale in the paradisiacal setting of Italian Salento
All Levels : A minimum of six months of regular practice of yoga according to the Iyengar method is required to participate in this course.
Important : practitioners outside the Anjaliom center are asked to contact us before registering.
This retreat will take place in the ideal setting of Yoga in Salento , a structure entirely dedicated to yoga located in the heart of Puglia , which hosts yoga retreats and workshops throughout the year.
In the mornings, three hours will be devoted to postural practice . In the afternoon, after an exposure time that will allow everyone to enjoy the magnificent beaches of Salento , the artistic richness and the idyllic landscapes of the region, a second session will be dedicated to the practice of inverted postures .

Saturday 16 : reception from 2 p.m., dinner 7 p.m.
Daily program from Sunday to Friday :
7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., practice
10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., brunch
Free time
5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., practice
7 p.m.: dinner
Saturday 23 : 8:00-10:00 a.m., breakfast

Surrounded by millennial olive groves, the place offers beautiful practice rooms (90 and 150 mq) equipped with all the materials and supports for the practice of Iyengar yoga.
Next door, accommodation for practitioners is provided by Agricola Samhadi, a latest-generation organic rural lodge.
The Agricola Samadhi is a mixture of tradition and innovation both in content and in form: two old buildings of great value, dating from the beginning of the 20th century, alongside very recently renovated buildings, surrounded by a green park, enveloped by the sound of the wind in the foliage of magnificent trees, chirping birds and the chirping of cicadas. A swimming pool of 130mq is available exclusively to customers.
Enveloped by the fascinating and authentic atmosphere of Puglia, the Agricola Samadhi rural house is ideally located to discover the Salento region, just 10 minutes from Lecce and 20 minutes from the most beautiful beaches and coves of the Ionian Sea and the Adriatic.
In keeping with the fundamental principles that bring together Slow Food philosophy, macrobiotics and Ayurveda , Agricola Samhadi offers a menu of delicious and authentic dishes .
With family? The little guests have at their disposal a large garden to run and have fun in freedom , as well as a playground with a cabin, swings and a slide . During the hot hours, they can spend time in a toy library with a small private bathroom and climatision.

Membership of the Yoga in Salento association (20€) is compulsory for all participants (to be paid on site).

Withdrawals/cancellations : the deposit will be fully refunded in the event of withdrawal up to 45 days before the start of the intensive . In case of cancellation beyond this date, the deposit will be retained entirely.

Brindisi airport is the closest, 50 km (50 minutes) from the course location. A shuttle service is available from Brindisi airport to Lecce.
- Shuttle from/to Brindisi airport : €65/1 person, €70/2 people, €75/3 people (to be requested when booking directly at the structure).
Bari airport is just under 2 hours away by car, 190 km away. Both airports provide taxi and vehicle rental services.
