Four days of guided practice
by Piccarda di Montereale Mantica
Level 2 and above : A minimum of one full year of Coresprit Pilates practice is required to participate in this course.
Important : practitioners outside the Anjaliom center are asked to contact us before registering.
The practice will be organized on two workshops per day :
- morning : from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.;
- afternoon : from 5.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.
Plan for the intensive to bring your practice materials :
- 1 carpet;
- 1 stability ball diameter 55 or 65 cm;
- 1 stability ball diameter 26 cm;
- 1 thera-band;
- 1 circle.
Tuition fee :
To be paid no later than one week before the start of the course

€170 - reduced rate (job seekers, students and pre-training students at the anjaliom centre)

The reception in the hamlet of Marelles is scheduled between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Thursday, May 12.
Practice ends at 12:00 p.m. Monday, May 16.
