A week of guided practice

Level 2  and more : A minimum of two years  of regular yoga practice according to the Iyengar method is required  to participate in this course.
 

Important : practitioners outside the Anjaliom center are asked to contact us before registering.

In the mornings, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., three hours will be devoted to postural practice . In the afternoon, after an exposure time that will allow everyone to enjoy the idyllic landscapes of the region, a second session will be dedicated to the practice of inverted postures and pranayama .
 

All the materials needed for la pratique will be available on site.

The Bay of Somme Yoga Barn

2 hours from Paris and Lille, 10 minutes from Crotoy and the sea, from Rue station and the A16 motorway exit, a large grange completely renovated and specially equipped for yoga Iyengar   (soft underfloor heating and practice equipment fully provided) welcomes you to a small country village. Restful nature atmosphere guaranteed.

Participants will be  accommodated with full board (vegetarian meals), in a beautifully appointed double or single room, in the large house  located next to the practice room.

Infrared sauna with light therapy in free access. Seasonal cuisine based on natural products and respecting your intolerances. 

2 hours from Paris, the  Baie de Somme ,  home to the largest colony of seals in Europe and a veritable ornithological treasure (one of the_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_grands sites de passage of migratory birds in France), is a member of the club of the most beautiful bays in the world. The territory constitutes an exceptional natural ensemble highlighted by the existence of numerous preservation measures. The medieval architecture of Rue and Saint-Valery-sur-Somme , the seaside buildings of the coastal agglomerations also testify to a great cultural and historical richness .

The landscapes of the Grand Site Baie de Somme have inspired and still inspire many artists.

Double room (double bed or twin beds): €740 per person.

A deposit of 190 € will be requested at the time of registration to confirm your reservation.

The reception  is scheduled from 4 p.m. on Sunday August 5.

Practice ends at 5:00 p.m. Sunday, August 12.

- departure from Paris Gare du Nord at 7:28 p.m. ---> arrival at Rue at 9:40 p.m.

Return:

- departure from Rue at 6:17 p.m. ---> arrival at Paris Gare du Nord at 8:29 p.m.
