Four days of guided practice

Level 2 and above : A minimum of two years of yoga practice according to the Iyengar method is required to participate in this course.
Important : practitioners outside the Anjaliom center are asked to contact us before registering.
The days of the intensive will be devoted to the study of postural practice and pranayama , while respecting essential times of rest and relaxation.
Each morning we will begin with a practice of pranayama (breath work), followed by a postural practice session. In the afternoon (from Thursday to Saturday), after an exposure time, a second postural practice session will be taught.
Plan for the intensive to bring your practice materials :
- 1 carpet;
- 2 bricks;
- 2 belts;
- 3 covers.
